Workforce provides Insights for your Company using data it's already gathered to provide information on certain employee behaviors.
How to View your Insights
- Sign into your Workforce account
- On the left, click Insights
- The Insights page will load providing the below Insights.
- Most Common Sick Leave Day
- Most Common Late Start Day
- Most Common Early Finish Day
- Leave Requests Approval Frequency (Days)
- Productivity - Last 30 Days
- Hours Present vs Hours Paid - Last 30 days
It will automatically open with just 5 of the tabs however you can use the Insights settings button to choose what you’d like to display.
