Overview

Templates can be used for new employees that will have the same employment settings so personal details are the only manual additions to their profile.


How to create an employee template

  1. Sign in to your Workforce account.
  2. On the left, select System Settings
  3. Select Employee Templates.
  4. Select Add 
    • Create a name for the template
    • Set Clocking Details 
    • Set Payroll Details
    • Set Time and Attendance Details
    • Set Department/s
    • Set Location/s
    • Set Pay Period if different to system settings
    • Set Paycode Details if required
    • Set Leave Accrual Details
  5. Select Save
