We've made another step towards security by adding an option in WorkforceTNA to supply our support team access.

Our Support team login will no longer be able to access your Workforce account without your permission.

If you require the support team to assist you in working with WorkforceTNA you're going to have to select the 'Allow Support Access' button.

How to Enable support access

1. Sign in to your Workforce account

2. On the right side, select the symbol.

3. It will then prompt to confirm access for 2 hours, select Yes.
